The staff here could not be any ruder. From the time I walked in and stood at the counter waiting for assistance, no one acknowledged my existence, even to say hello, including a woman sitting behind the counter, appearing not to be assisting anyone. Not wanting to make assumptions, I stood there politely waiting for someone. This place has the absolute worst customer service. The old lady that works the counter should be ashamed of how she doesn't get the core premise of the term customer service. Sad. If you can find another store in Lehigh Lalley i'd do so.
