i design and build luxury homes and completed almost a two year new construction of a private residence. I ordered 3 Tubini light fixtures and was really excited to see them installed. We had issues with two of the three lighting. After discussing this with Ricca it was agreed to send them back. It took a couple more times of sending them back until they agreed to order new ones from Italy. Well they finally worked.
