Lighthouse is a good company with good staff. Their product is much sought in the industry. Lighthouse has a major problem with the HR department. After ten years of employment, I was terminated for profanity in the workplace. No being written up, no course of corrective action, no warnings. No severance also. It was abrupt, impulsive, sudden & punitive. The HR director wields authority irresponsibly & leaves Lighthouse exposed to legal action.
