Honestly would not recommend moving here. I don’t even think it is affordable anymore either. I moved in last year and despite having a cleaning team come in before I moved in I still had to clean so much hair and nasty residue from the last tenants. On top of that they thought that fixing a broken drawer meant with duck tape. The management was absolutely awful too and you couldn’t tell which issue they would take seriously and fix right away. Genuinely the WORST apartment complex to date. I could write an entire review based solely on bugs. Out of the year and half i’ve lived here our apartment has NEVER EVER been sprayed for bugs (despite the claim that terminx comes twice a month). My roommates and I have made dozens of maintenance requests that have all been denied, and have gone to the office and talked in person with representatives of the “new and improved” Nest SEVERAL times and have still yet to see our apartment be sprayed for bugs. Absolutely do NOT live here. Better to live in your car if you can’t find housing. The pool has been shut down since I moved in a year ago and there is no signs of it reopening. When we first moved in our dishwasher was broken and it took maintenance three months to fix it. During this process, one of the maintenance staff accidentally plugged in live, exposed wires underneath our sink instead of the dishwasher, and when we complained and he came to fix it he denied all wrongdoing and tried to blame us.
