My son is beginning his third year here. The new management seems to be making great things happen. That said, even with some issues in the past, the location and the apartment itself have been perfect, and I've had the opportunity to stay over a number of times.
My daughter was a student at UNCW and she stayed there 2023-2025 school year. During that time move in was difficult it was not clean and took hours to move her inn due to cleaning. They are quick to email for payment but we struggled with broken dishwasher for over 6 months and broken AC for 6 months. They struggled to fix anything despite the girls putting in multiple requests. The pool was green summer 2024 and no compensation. Honestly would not recommend moving here. I don’t even think it is affordable anymore either. I moved in last year and despite having a cleaning team come in before I moved in I still had to clean so much hair and nasty residue from the last tenants. On top of that they thought that fixing a broken drawer meant with duck tape. The management was absolutely awful too and you couldn’t tell which issue they would take seriously and fix right away.
