What a disappointing downturn Ive seen over these last few years since they were bought out by a large group who buys up small privately owned vets. I’ve noticed a complete nose dive in service and quality over a few years and now I’m never going back. Their prices keepngoing up and their service keeps getting worse and they have these extra appointments for nothing., they send a email saying your dog is due for their check up and they do nothing! Lighthouse Vet Clinic has been a life saver so many times from getting our rescue dog checked out and fixed to helping with my older dogs and getting them the help they needed.
Update because it’s deserved: We’ve since moved to a new city and I have to say… we miss you guys! Nobody else seems to care even a little about making sure my pets are 100% healthy. Heck, I had to beg this new vet to check their heartbeat! And that was for an annual checkup!! Ridiculous, I tell you, and super sad that we are so far from wonderful service.
