My sister has been receiving services from The Lighthouse since it's opening in the Grand Traverse County area. This facility is a gem to all the families and patients it treats, without it the next option is hours away in southern Michigan. In the year 2008 I had a Brain injury that damaged my frontal lobes in the brain. This is where I was sent after my repairs at TC Hospital who put me back together very well. I was there just a few weeks when I experienced a on called for aggression from a staff member that because I had stepped out the door where a group of staff. The management and staff are on two different pages. I was never spoken to by my manager until I spoke to HR about a schedule issue. The OT staffing is awesome. I will never recommend this place to anyone else to work there.
