We ended up with a flat tire in Perry, KS at 10pm on a Friday night...we were 1 hour away from home. Called my insurance to get towed and Austin from lighthouse tow came to tow us. Instead of towing us to a shop that was closed until 8 am. He took us to the lighthouse tow shop and changed my tire himself and sent us on our way home. It was me and two other females in the car. Police had truck towed for no insurance and i had it just didnt have it on me so lighthouse Was called to recover my truck i was upset at first cause they would not let me get truck i didnt have proper paper work so took me another week to get the stuff i need but turned out to be good company had valuable stuff in truck wasnt touched owed way more $ then truck was worth and they worked out a deal to let me get truck im am thankful for how they helped out i would use them if needed
I locked my keys in my car on a Sunday evening and these guys were recommended to me. While they were on their way I somehow managed to get in. I called them and said I no longer needed their service but I would be happy to pay a service charge. They flat refused (refused free money? That's honesty). He was almost there when I called so he stopped by and gave me his card (Bryan). I'm sort of looking forward to my next roadside emergency so I can pay him back for his decency.
Finding yourself stuck in a ditch isn't fun. Had a great experience with Lighthouse. With the snow and ice they seemed to be having a busy day but the gentleman who came to help me was there in less than an hour! He took great care of me and my car! Thank you!
