It’s been well over a year since we closed on our house and still to this day my closing infuriates me. Not only was lighthouse in cahoots with my seller, but they tried to blow us off the day of closing (which would have tanked the deal and allowed the seller to accept their cash backup offer). There are many title companies in the area, but none that will go to the lengths of Lighthouse Title Services. Lighthouse was incredible in facilitating an off-market purchase of a condo for my fiancé and me. It was a complex transaction, but Robyn and Kathrine were there helping us and the seller throughout the entire process in the most timely, patient manner.
