Super responsive group of people here. I've done two closings both were really easy. I did for sale by owner and they took care of everything. Great info on their website as well forms, etc for me when I needed a buy-sell agreement.
Light House, and Marcia went above and beyond for my family! They made countless phone calls, worked with schedules, as well as wrangled reluctant parties. We are so thankful to this group for everything they did to keep costs down on our end! And helping to secure our future!

We have used Lighthouse a couple times now, this past time for the closing on the sale of our home. They were fast, friendly, quick to respond and available to talk and it didn't matter if it was during office hours or not! If i could give 100 stars, I would!
