I live at Lighthouse Station in one of the affordable units---and have since April of this year. The four rental units are actually not considered "low income" (there is a minimum annual income requirement), nor do they comprise 50% of the units at the property (the Lottery Application made clear). Half of these are lower income rentals for Bogosian / Longfellow employees. Woods Hole is so nice, but not worth living or staying in one of these. I get Bogosian's plan to use taxpayers and homebuyers to fund housing for his employees by mixing in rental units he's keeping and getting grants for, but how many out of town construction workers and the like can you pile in these places?
