Was wondering everything is so easy in this storage unit like no worker is working there it’s everything is self automated. It seems more quick and efficient.
We rented a 10 x 20 unit and ended up having someone crawl over the interior wall from an adjacent unit to access our unit. When management was advised about this their response was that there was a sketchy person that rented beside us but there was nothing they could do about it. We lost almost 6 thousand dollars of our property being stolen or damaged. Be aware of the units that have walls that do not go to the ceiling because you can crawl over the walls and go from unit to unit. Not very secure! We were offered one month... read more
