Todd was respectful and knowledgeable. My front door opens now. The service and finished product was great.
We forgot our key to our rooftop carrier and were 7 hours away from home. Todd graciously seen us on a Sunday to unlock the lock and make a key. He unlocked the carrier but was unable to make a key. He called the store where we purchased it from to see if they had replacement keys in which they did not. He tried to lookup to see if he could find the code and was unsuccessful. He tried really hard to get us a key. He was very informative, through and professional.
Todd was amazing especially since it was after hours for this service call. Hands down was great! I truly appreciate the quality of work! Todd explained the problem with the old lock and the difference the new one would make! Thanks so very much!
Twice Perth Lock and Key has come to my rescue to help me with my roof rack key. The first time he explained the information I needed to get my key cut. The second time I somehow misplaced my key and was leaving the next day. He made sure the key was delivered to my house with lots of time to get packed up for my trip! So happy with his service. I definitely suggest Perth Lock and Key!
