We forgot our key to our rooftop carrier and were 7 hours away from home. Todd graciously seen us on a Sunday to unlock the lock and make a key. He unlocked the carrier but was unable to make a key. He called the store where we purchased it from to see if they had replacement keys in which they did not. He tried to lookup to see if he could find the code and was unsuccessful. He tried really hard to get us a key. He was very informative, through and professional.

I had a huge problem yesterday where the cylinder came out of my lock and I had no other way to get in the house. I called and Todd said he could come in an hour but suggested I send him a photo so he could see what the problem was. He called me back and explained how I could unlock the door, after a few attempts I was able to unlock the door and gain access to my home.
