We read the reviews and expected the worst. We were in room 205 and the room had a well supplied kitchen. There was a stain on the back sofa cushion but the unit was clean. The sofa bed had a comfortable mattress and you did not feel the bars. Sue was awesome. Sue gave us whatever we needed. Maintenance came to change the range hood light bulb within 15 minutes. 30-unit timeshare at island's eastern tip near century-old lighthouse. Rentals available. Three stories, elevator, pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, tennis,. Furnishings includes all appliances, from blender to washer/dryer, plus commercial ice maker at pool.

Parking management was not enforce. One spot, per apartment.

Beautiful and updated resort, friendly and attentive staff, huge and well-stocked units with two decks and a screened-in porch on each unit. Lots of amenities, including a large pool with a pool heater for the winter and a pool cooler for the summer. Sits right on San Carlos Bay and only a couple minute walk across the street from the Gulf of Mexico.
