I wish I had gotten a name of whoever answered the phone today but she was really short with me and didn't care to answer my question for clarification for my sons teacher. Told me that they have a ton of emails to send out and that they are still within their time frame. Hopefully our first visit to the offic will be much better.

10/3/2025 I received a voicemail from the owner about scheduling an appointment to get my sons test results. I called back the same day and here I am two months later still attempting to get in contact with her or anyone. I have emailed, left two voice mails on separate occasions waiting the 10-15 says to receive a call back and NOTHING. I'm trying to get my child the help he needs. Took my daughter for a autism evaluation had an appointment scheduled They were behind schedule I was late filling out all the online documents Now that everything has been completed she suggested going to speech therapy but no where in the summary it says that nor have I received a referral since a month ago. Greer seems to have great bedside manners but most definitely not the best at completing paperwork after payment. My daughter is now in school and facing challenges she could have avoided with a therapist referral way ... read more

Dr. Greer was amazing with my daughter and her evaluation. We were able to take that evaluation and use it to get accommodations for her in high school. Now, as a university student, that same documentation of diagnosis has also allowed her accomodations at Georgia Tech. As a clinician myself, I have referred patients to Lighthouse many times over withthe confidence that can only come from a positive personal experience.

Dr. Greer was kind and very patient. I thought the results were explained well and she helped my family with getting the right therapy started.
