Love Katy to pieces and the staff!!!
I would love to be giving 5 stars but enough is enough. I see Katy, she’s absolutely fantastic and if it weren’t for her, I would find somewhere else. I showed up for my 10:20 appointment today only to be told that they “tried to call me” to let me know Katy was doing tele-health calls. That would have been fine but they never called, didn’t leave a voicemail (even though the blonde lady at the front said they tried but my mailbox was full, which I showed her was a blatant lie to attempt to cover her mess up). I was so happy and pleased with how well my first initial phone call went when I contacted Lighthouse Psychiatry & Behavioral Health. I was greeted on the phone by Leah. She was so kind and just an absolute joy to speak with. Since I was a new patient Leah help me with everything I needed to do and was very prompt on sending me all the information I needed to get scheduled for my first appointment.
