I have been seeing Katy since 2019 with a prior practice. She is amazing, extremely knowledgeable regarding medications, and I fully trust her recommendations. She also trusts me as well regarding how I am feeling and follow up appointments. She is just fantastic! I wish all patients with a history of mental health struggles could have someone like her for evaluation and treatment. Appreciate you, Katy, so much and all you have helped me with over the years! Highly recommend!!
Where do I start!?!? My child went to many sessions. Medication was discussed but guess what they are not Drs and can’t write prescription, but they will suggest them. Waste of time!
After YEARS of needing help , I finally call this place for therapy . I’ve called FOUR times , different days , left 4 messages and they have still NOT returned a single call . I think your bulb is shot in the lighthouse !! Useless place
They are kind. But that is about the only thing going for them. I've had missed appointments because the Dr. called early, and since I didn't answer chose not to call at our scheduled time. Multiple times I have had issues with being told I would have a script sent to my pharmacy and it wasn't done. It takes a long time to get a response to communication, regardless if you call or message in the portal (forget about ever actually being able to talk to somebody directly straight away).
