We live here for 2 years already ..apartments are so spacious and beautiful ..Staff is so nice ...Property is beautiful and clean .. Thank you Arline and Staff

I have lived here for a year and a half. When my lease ended I told them 2month in advance. The main office told me they will mail me the final water bill and anything I may owe. I NEVER heard from them again. I kept calling and asking for Arline. The front desk said they would pass the message to her. 3 month later I received a collection notice saying I owe 200 they already reporter it to the credit bureau. They whole year and a half I dealt with the office being unprofessional. Please be ware and document everything!!!!

There was two leasing ladies, ones super nice and the other not so much. The amenities are very low quality, as is the apartment itself. If I could describe it, I would say it's apartment the apartment. You get what you pay for as it's cheap, not luxurious at all. In our time there, the only thing that broke was the AC, but other things were in disrepair like the cabinets, mirrors, blinds, screen enclosure etc. The only reason I'm giving a 2 is because the maintenance guy was cool, fast, and nice. Worst place to live. There is mold in the apartment. It doesn't matter how much air freshener you use it still smells like trash. The office team has poor communication skills, barely any manners. I asked to speak with someone from the cooperate office and until now no one responded. I moved in the apartment the toilet bowl with brown spots and when I left it was spotless and they wanna charge me. Don't go there!!
