I love it here. People are super nice. Excellent staff. I recommend these apartments right on the river. Amenities are wonderful. Still settling in but uploaded some pics. Update: It’s been several weeks and I still love the staff. I’m going to list what my issues are. 1. It is 12:19am. I’m am literally listening to the people above me running, banging, and they just don’t care. My husband has a dementia and we have to live somewhere we have maintenance. Connor, and David in maintenance always do a great job. They are very enthusiastic in their work. They always clean up after themselves and are very friendly. They double check to make sure the job is done right. Connor is a great asset to the maintenance crew. He is professional, courteous and communicates extremely well. Lived here for 4 years and they constantly charge what ever they feel like charging. The woman in the front office are almost ALWAYS nasty for no reason even when I have good communication. There is only one dumpster here for over 100 units. So when the dumpster over flows and there’s garbage on the ground they charge you for it and claim they have you on camera when in reality they DONT. They always elaborate how they have someone on camera for something but in reality that’s a scam to make them charge more rent at the end ... read more
The leasing manager states that my window that is not secured is not a weekend maintenance emergency but I recently just had a snake enter my apartment which I am pretty much sure it came through this same window that is not secured. I was told that no one will be come out to at least temporarily secure window that doesn’t have a screen on it until Monday. Unbelievable.
