Came out to replace a bathroom exhaust fan. Ended up not being able to because he would’ve had to remove a lot of drywall. First appointment was 10/30 @ 3PM. No showed so I called him around 4PM and he said he’s been in an accident and forgot about the appointment. Rescheduled appointment was 11am on 11/2. I called him at 12:30 to see if he was still coming and he said it’d be in the afternoon. No big deal. Still charged me the “minimum” of $125 for 15 or so minutes of assessment.
