Great park the climb up to the top of the lighthouse is a good workout. All the supporting buildings had a lot of history.
We’ve been here two different times, to kayak each time. It’s been a wonderful experience. Have got to see a few dolphins along the way.
Free boat launch 24 hours. Clean, easy access for boating and kayaking. Beautiful sunrise, neat kids playground with climbing trees.

Anytime we visit St. Augustine we try to visit this boat ramp. You can also get a great picture of the lighthouse from there. It is just a nice walk down to the boardwalk to the water to watch the people fish, the boats go by, and just enjoy the view.
