A year ago, on June 19, 2023, our 17 yr old son started a journey with Dr. Seaman (Dr. S) after several failed attempts with other Oral surgeons. God gave us the patience and and most of all gave us the strength to not become discouraged every time we were told the insurance didn’t cover, or the surgeon couldn’t perform the procedure needed. Dr. Seaman is not only an excellent dental surgeon but a MD, as well. First, his consideration of my husband's heart condition, was thorough and reassuring. Second, his wisdom tooth removal procedure was quick and pain-free. Third, he and his staff made us feel very comfortable. And a special 'THANKS' to Brittany, for her 'calming' prep.
I had a wisdom tooth extraction with Dr. Seaman and would highly recommend him. From the moment I arrived, the environment felt welcoming and put me at ease, which made a real difference given how anxious I was going in. Stay Away! I would not advise going to Lighthouse Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. You will not be a priority, they will waste your time, not submit your paperwork on time, or how they are supposed to, and they will be dishonest. I got the final approve by my orthodontist in June, and saw Dr Taylor July 2nd. They didn't submit for the insurance until August. At that time they never submitted the clinical paperwork required for the insurance to approve the surgery. Then they submitted the appeal only a week before the surgery an... read more
