Wasn’t told my insurance didn’t cover my visit … had to pay 80 at the end of the visit .. I don’t have 80 like that I just got out of a horrible abusive relationship and lost everything… they should warn you ahead of time and I asked if they take tenncare
They were light house for years. Went on there for a eye exam, wanted my medicines and my Heath Insurance card, I have VSP eye insurance, they usually explain my cost on my eyewear didn't do and for years I could pay have when I order and the rest when I pick it up. Not very friendly. My health Insurance do pay swat. So I'm out a big bill.ive been with light house for years, not no more
The absolute best place around to get your eyes checked. They are the most professional staff and always go above and beyond. I definitely recommend going to get your eyes checked and glasses here.
Jen went above & beyond to fix my husband’s very damaged but favorite pair of prescription sunglasses. Excellent customer service & super friendly. Highly recommend!
I am so pleased with my experience today. I called when they opened and explained I had an eye injury that needed to be seen immediately. They were able to get me in 30 minutes after I called. They were all very polite, worked professionally and efficiently. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.
