This mortgage company has a Broker named Felix Mercado that worked on our mortgage. This Gentleman was ask by me, a first time home buyer to search and find Florida home buying programs to help with either down payment assistance and/or closing cost. He and the realtor both did a very poor job in helping his clients to find programs that would fit the needs of the home buyer.
