EDIT: Downgrading to 1 star because the owner immediately retaliated based off a completely wrong assumption. Our initials don't match with whomever you mentioned & we didn't come in to check fetal heart. We came for a regular 20 weeks anatomy scan. Moreover I didn't pester your technician. She asked at the first place if I wanted to know then gender for which I said yes. The clinic is very clean, and the staff are incredibly kind and professional. They make you feel completely comfortable, with no stress or anxiety at all. I highly recommend this place!
Went for fetal anatomy ultrasound on January 22nd. Receptionist was neutral but the technician showed a racist attitude. I greeted her saying "Hi" but the technician didn't respond well. She performed the scans hastily & at first denied the gender reveal. Only after asking couple of times, with a very annoyed attitude she murmured the gender.
