I had a great experience at Lighthouse Medical Center! I came in for PRP treatment and was so impressed that they were able to see and treat me the very same day. The entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient, and the staff made me feel VERY comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. I really appreciated how accommodating and attentive everyone was. Highly recommend!
I gratefully paid $855 in advance for two drugs. 1 was delivered late. Later they delivered a drug that I did not order. They did not reply to my request for instructions for return of the "wrong stuff". They told me that my order was being rushed for the right stuff. Weeks later I am still waiting. I have called and left messages without replies. Today I called VISA and cancelled half the charge. LIghthouse Medical Center seems like a nice place. I know one of the doctors.
