We drove 30 minutes to get there as the website said they were open. Found the place was closed when we got there. So call to make sure they are open before you go
This small facility is staffed by friendly and caring individuals who were able to stitch up my 15 month old's laceration. They don't process insurance, so if you want to use it, you need to forward the bill to your insurance company yourself. The self-pay process is much simpler, we paid our bill by debit card. I felt the rate was very reasonable considering the abrupt urgency of the care my daughter needed.
I highly recommend this place! My 1 year old needed stitches and he gave me the pros and cons to having it done there or going to an ER. He did a great job stitching and his bedside manner is the best! Definitely can tell he has lots of experience and a genuinely cares.
This place has wonderful reviews for a reason. I am so thankful for the care my daughter received at Lighthouse medical. They were able to fit us in quickly and treated her with such compassion. One of the best medical offices I have been to. Thank you again.
I would give this office 20 stars if I could. Checking in was so simple and the receptionist was so kind and patient. The office was so clean. But Dr. Blackwood was the best physician I've ever met, I'll never be able to say enough good about him. He was SO sweet and patient with a busy and curious 1 year old and was fully prepared to keep her distracted to do a thorough head-to-toe exam for a small problem.
