I have referred both tenants and clients to Lighthouse Partners in Buffalo, many times! Both sides of the spectrum have/are very happy! they let there tenets set up crack houses in the apartments and spread bugs everywhere to get that welfare government money then they have a lady that barely speaks English answering the phone giving you trouble if there's a problem
Will never use this agent they as a landlord I almost lost my property due to disrepairs with them and they registered themselves as owners falsely trying to sell the property
10 years in this appartment and basement has gotten flooded every year maintenance come when the feel like it work gets halfway done with cheap material then they get mad if u call more than once their running a sloppy business their not organized maintenance sucks I had to fix many things out of pocket because they don't fix things right,would never rent from them again.
