Went to get an oil change....instead I received an empty transmission, and double the engine oil....tech drained the transmission instead of engine oil....I will NOT be going back to this place! Only received a coupon for $10 off oil changes for life....hmmm...not very good customer service and to top it off (pardon the pun) items listed as done on full service were never done...

Went to the Indiana ave location to get an oil change and asked for synthetic oil cause thats what the manufacture calls for my car and the manager argued with me and said my car aint worth puting synthetic oil in and then to top it off he didnt even prim the oil filter lile he was supose to when i told him it needed to be seeing as it has a turbo and my car is 2001 Audi S4 2.7 Twin Turbo it had 33000 miles on it and haad to replace both turbos dew to the manager not primen the filter and the manager said it was my falt when... read more
Went there knowing that the price cost a bit more, but $15 over some place. Had to repeat myself numerous times to the attendent. Got the free car wash, and had to wait 5 minutes, then got an attendent who fixed the car wash and then the car wash was less then a minute long and my car was still dirty. Will never go there again.
My husband & I came in for a routine oil change & the female who was taking care of us(manager) I assume was down-right rude after we told her that we didn't want any other service done to our vehicle. On top of that when she came to our window she wreaked of ALCOHOL. We'll NEVER return.
