Lighthouse has shown both skill and integrity in resolving our difficulties with a new Mitsubishi split unit. We bought 2 units in June 2023. One has been fine, but one has been working intermittently for the past several months. The first time it stopped Bob and his son came out and replaced 2 boards and a motor and charged us for the labor as per the contract. The unit was working but the cycle repeated several times.
