I would definitely recommend Lighthouse to anyone that is in need of refinancing or financing their mortgage. From start to finish we felt like we mattered and all our questions and worries were answered, the time it took from start to finish was only 3 weeks and our advisor Emily was extremely knowledgeable and helpful

Just a bad experience, at beginning got a phone call, all was good and rates was great. Then I decided to only have one mortgage renewed with them, after sending few emails during a week period asking for rate confirmation which was not answered, had a chat on call again, I sent the documents (same data as I had discussed) and they come back with much higher rates (+0.6) also they have done hard inquiry on my credit although I have had provided a most recent credit report myself.
Made me feel supported and valued throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, reliable mortgage agent, I highly recommend Marko!
Recently had the need to consolidate some debt. After reaching out, Kristen immediately took me in as a client. Always so nice and helpful.
