I have such gratitude for Kristen and Melinda. Their professionalism, integrity, and compassion are unmatched. I never felt like "a" client. I felt like "their" client. After my initial review of Lighthouse Legal and Attorney Taylor Haeuser, I’ve noticed a few things that reinforce my concerns. The firm has been responding to other reviews but has chosen not to acknowledge or address ours, which is disappointing and concerning. It suggests a lack of accountability and transparency toward clients with negative experiences. Kristy was GREAT. She’s knowledgeable, reliable, and has great communication. She fixed what another lawyer messed up in way less time!!! I will forever go to her if I ever need another lawyer! USE THESE PEOPLE!!! They are GREAT :)
