He talked to me for an hour, never tried to rush me off the phone, gave me honest advice, and even gave me kind words and encouragement! I have such gratitude for Kristen and Melinda. Their professionalism, integrity, and compassion are unmatched. I never felt like "a" client. I felt like "their" client. Kristen's advocacy and Melinda's guidance and grace should be the standard against which all those in the legal profession are assessed.

After my initial review of Lighthouse Legal and Attorney Taylor Haeuser, I’ve noticed a few things that reinforce my concerns. The firm has been responding to other reviews but has chosen not to acknowledge or address ours, which is disappointing and concerning. It suggests a lack of accountability and transparency toward clients with negative experiences.
