Not very responsive. My home was damaged by Hurricane Ida. Still waiting on assistance. My desk Adjuster does not answer phone. Also, my premium went up by $1000. Will no longer be with agency.
House is in shambles since ida.. Still waiting for some kinda resources to put our home back together or to atleast get our roof repaired so we can focus on the rest of the issues.. Its been over 45 days since ida hit and the mold in our home is growing while we cant even get a call back from the agency.. Roof is tarped and still leaking.. Was told 3 weeks ago when they finally answered that they would send someone to tarp our roof again.. And no one showed up..
