Not very responsive. My home was damaged by Hurricane Ida. Still waiting on assistance. My desk Adjuster does not answer phone. Also, my premium went up by $1000. Will no longer be with agency.
As a contractor inquiring about a claim, I haven’t experienced a more grotesque greeting. The operator was rude and was incapable of allowing to ask questions before interrupting. I would never do business with this company.
