We recently had an EF2 Tornado that hit our town. We had an excellent experience with Lighthouse Insurance Agency, especially with Matthew Certa. He was always quick to respond, answered all of our questions, and addressed every concern we had. Matthew was there for us throughout the entire process of dealing with our tornado damage and made a stressful situation much easier. His excellent customer service and support were truly appreciated. Highly recommend!
