Went in with several old, old, OLD rifles & shotguns that belonged to my father; I had no idea what they were or if they had any value. Gunnar and Jake were friendly, knowledgable and gave me good advice on what my options were. They went out of their way to do some research and their enthusiasm was appreciated.
