This surgery group should be ashamed . Impossible to get an appointment and times I have been in there the waiting room has been empty when pre COVID both surgery's used to be full and vastly more productive. I tried to get an urgent appointment recently as I was passing blood and had just come out of hospital and all the advisor kept saying was we are fully booked ..... Can't get through to be seen by someone for love or money. I received an invitation for some blood tests, called to make an appointment, turns out they have none available and I was directed towards St Mary's walk in. Absolute joke

Since my family joined the Lighthouse group everything gone down the hill. Almost, impossible to get any appointments. Once I rang 73 times to get through and was 13th in a queue just to hear thats no appointments for today. Next day was the same and I decided to use pharmacy for urgent advice so pointless to ring the GP if they do not help .
