The new property manager is knowledgeable and friendly. No complaints.
***Update - I was given a small credit for my troubles and the bathroom fan was replaced personally by management and that is greatly appreciated. I understand its difficult to help from afar and pray having someone on site will change things for the better. A family member who used to live here passed away recently, and it was extremely difficult to find someone to talk to about the situation. My father, who was this family member's power of attorney, tried various ways of contact with no responses or had dead lines. The office stays closed at all times, and they have had no property manager for who knows how long. I am disgusted and disappointed in so many ways. I have a history in Property Management and Student Housing. I needed a place near my work and felt grateful to find this location. It should've been a huge red flag when the person I was working with over e-mail left the company (she was nice and attentive!) I "saw" the unit briefly and didn't venture in further due to a large paint tarp and work going on in the unit.
