I had Stephen Eaton as my lawyer to handle custody issues. I never felt supported by the team and was hounded to settle with an awful settlement that has left the time with my daughter to be quite scarce. Their team does not fight for fathers, on the other hand they are there for your money. And even after I had payed them in full they sent me another invoice asking for more money only for the accountant to tell me it was a mistake. Do not use this firm if you are a dad looking for more time with your kids.
The "Agreed to Impute - Reverse Onus Scheme" by Katherine Robinson Easy to understand, difficult to correct. Never sign a minutes of settlement or consent order with the word "imputed" income.
