Absolutely love the staff! Amber was a great help in helping us new comers move in. She had answers for all of our questions, comments, and concerns. Definitely recommend!
I put in a repair request last Tuesday that has yet to be fixed. I got out to walk my dog at 7:30 this morning and they’re on a smoke break by the leasing office, I head out for work at 8:45 and they’re still in the same exact spot, smoking! Tell your employees to spend less time on break the first two hours they’re on the clock and get some work done! I used to me a porter and makeready, you NEVER take two hours to get your work day started!
Megan repeatedly provided inconsistent and misleading information regarding rent payment. I asked whether it would be acceptable to pay the rent late, and she stated that it would be fine. Despite this, she later threatened legal action for nonpayment of rent. We confirmed this twice, and on both occasions she stated it was acceptable. We have lived here for about 4 months now and we love the place. The apartments are nice, maintenance is fantastic! We love Joe! All the ladies in the office are so kind and helpful. The complex is kept clean and there is no drama. Haven’t used the gym, but in summer the pool area was very clean and great to enjoy!
