I had a 10 AM residential appointment scheduled last Tuesday. No one showed for this appointment. My efforts to contact the office were unsuccessful and no one from the company contacted me. Had heard good things about Lighthouse services but must say that I am extremely disappointed.

I am so pleased with this company. Made an appointment online and it was quickly confirmed. They removed two old lights and installed two new fixtures. Quick, neat and very reasonable. I will definitely call them again.
These folks have owed me work for over a year on an unfinished job that has been paid for. I think the work they for me in the past was good, I just can't get them to come back and finish. I can't even get them to answer texts or return my phone calls.I have been as nice and patient as anyone could have been, but now I think people need to be warned.
We called Wesley after having a bad experience with our previous HVAC tech from another company that really messed us around and left a unit not working.He came in, figured out everything that was wrong, which was a lot, made several trips fixing all of the things that were wrong and he never gave up. Through all of this, he kept a "I'm going to fix this" attitude and did an awesome job keeping us informed of everything that was going on.
