Love Dr. Tinsley... never rushes you in and out... dives into details... listens... and explores options when need to address challenges. Very responsive when you call. Has gone above and beyond for me and my family. I've been with him for almost 4 years. When my husband was very sick he even dropped everything to drive an hour to our home to see him. It was an extraordinary situation ... that proved invaluable in his care of a terminal situation. Grateful for His continued care.
Dr. James Tinsley saved my life. When I kept having shoulder / arm pain arm after a week and even after another doctor said it was simply a pulled muscle, Dr. Tinsley took the time to listen and really figure out what was going on. I am so very thankful to find Dr. Tinsley and Lighthouse Direct! My mom had been in the hospital for overnight stays 4 times in 3 weeks due to Congestive Heart Failure and Kidney Failure. Meds would help 1 and hurt the other and it was a vicious battle. I saw an ad for Dr. Tinsley and we went and saw him in December, and we have not had a hospital stay since!
