We decided to make an appointment for my son, called back in April, and was told I’d have to wait 3 months for an appointment, I agreed, hesitantly. Was told I’d have to give 48 hrs notice to cancel or there would be a fee, then I’m told 4 days before the apt, that I didn’t confirm it this week, so they cancelled my appointment and gave it to someone else. I've been coming to lighthouse dental for years now but this past experience solidifies them as the best dentists in town. Needed an emergency appointment on a weekend and they had me in and looking at my mouth within 15 minutes of calling. Everyone in the office is so lovely to deal with I've never had a bad experience here.
