Besides the not giving us a key or access to the pool and there are some people who stay here that are extremely rude wouldn't open the door for someone who obviously is staying here. Young ignorant people around. It's and ok place. Just ok. It's extremely hard to get ahold of any staff so good luck make sure you get access for all amenities and anything else they say they provide at check in or you will miss out which is frustrating when you spend your hard earned money.
Nice condos with a great view condos are nice and updated! They need more parking though.
The rented condos are nice, just make sure you're getting exactly what is described. The "about" section said lake front, but most likely you're getting a condo across the street, with your balcony facing towards the lake but looking at their other buildings that are actually lake front. Other than that the unit we stayed in was at least very clean and accommodating. We had some minor issues with the electronic door lock, but the host dealt with it quickly.
