Was not very happy with our experience at Lighthouse Counseling Services. Communication between myself and the counselor was very poor. I would ask for updates on billing and insurance and would either never hear back or hear back significantly (days) after I sent the message initially. The counselor also assumed since I was the one who booked the appointment that the insurance was under my name and not my husband's and did not verify that was the case.
