Emailed me plenty of times for paperwork, literally texted me at 8am and 5pm on the same day to remind me of my 7pm appt. I make a 40 mile drive only to be told “sorry we double booked. You’ll need to reschedule.” And not one single phone call to me?! Obviously unorganized and poor communicators. Certainly not ideal to help get your life back on track.
