Ehh… If Ashley was at the other offices, I would not come to this location. A hour before my appointment they asked if I could come in due to a new policy. Uh no? I live 45 minutes away and the appointment time is the appointment time because I work and already have to rush home to get set up. Other than that, I’ve never had a great interaction with anybody here- Ashley is hands down the best person to go to if you need any type of medication management. She listens. They lied to me about leaving a message on my phone to cancel my appointment, my voice mail does not accept messages.
All these counselors do is listen to you vent and then coddle you while offering no good advice or solutions to your problems. Don’t waste your time and money. You’re better off talking to a friend or relative.
