Note that I was not the client but am commenting regarding a project in Gilford I recently looked at, and discussion with the owner. The workmanship is appallingly mediocre: three different shades of white laminate cabinets, which are carelessly mismatched different styles, as if leftovers from another project. Minor items like installing all the screws in a hinge are indicative of the overall poor level of workmanship. And apparently codes don't matter, what with multiple violations of the electric code. We could not be happier with our remodel by Lighthouse Contracting Group. We renovated a good portion of our house (kitchen, one entire bathroom and parts of two more, plus adding a bathroom, a walk in closet and some additional space). The entire team was easy to work with. We really appreciated the daily online updates, showing us what progress was made at the house each day. Jeremy and his highly experienced team did a great job reworking a complicated HVAC buildout in a very tight basement/crawl space. They also, rebuilt a screened in porch to make it more useful and feel like new. The team is very professional and the job was finished early and below budget. The team was very communicative and the budgeting, scheduling, and the daily logs app was very useful. We would recommend the team for almost any size job. Thanks, guys!
