Lighthouse and Mr Kagan were instrumental in helping my family extricate itself from a difficult property situation. Needing to settle a distressed property so that an elderly relative could have a new start, I reached out to Mr Kagan. He was courteous, professional and empathetic; making an unhappy situation a lot better than it otherwise would have been. The transaction was quick and thorough. Whew!
Please be advised, that I'd like thank the team at "Lighthouse Community services. It was a very emotional experience. Due to when purchasing my home with my Mom who not here no longer. Especially Joe and his partner. They were very very patient with the emotional turn of this event.
