Very thorough cleaning provided. Move out was ok and everything was handled as expected. Very professional. Made my carpets look almost new when I was being told I’d have to replace the carpets. Thank you!
No call no showed me three times. Made excuses for why and refused to take any responsibility for it. I structured my entire day around our set up appointments, and was treated as if I were the problem when I complained. They also don't do house cleaning in the traditional sense, they won't clean houses with occupants. I advise you find someone else. Looks like the excuses continue in the negative reviews, as well.
First I will say I have no idea if they did a good job or not, and that is because I hired them to do my rental move out clean and carpet cleaning, and ever sense I choose them to do it I can not get ahold of them, no one answers the phone and you can not leave MESSAGE. They overcharge like crazy, not even close to quote. And I still need a copy of the bill!!!!!!!

Very happy with the rug cleaning, they were affordable, on time and friendly! Highly recommend.
