be careful. staff are rude and everyone is set to a schedule and force feeding tenants, otherwise they lose “points” like going out to the lake, swimming, trivia, etc is all based on points earned etc. also refusing bathroom breaks and not treating like they can’t make own decisions, a human being and pretty much like a penitentiary. “if you dont do this, then here is the repercussions” and a lot of yelling. great, caring staff leave quickly hence their retention rate. also treat existing staff like garbage.
