Paid for the Supreme Car Wash. Drove through the very narrow entrance and wash did not operate correctly. Scratched the side of my truck and the wash never fully activated. When I spoke to the maintenance man on duty he was very agressive and refused to give me the corporate contact info. He said he was the corporate office. He refused to pay for the damage caused by his car wash or give me any information regarding the car wash ownership contact.
I paid $13.00 for the Supreme car wash. Apparently the soap dispenser was empty or broken, so I got a $13.00 rinse. I called the number listed, not a valid number. Called the number on their website, left a voice-mail. We'll see if my call is returned...
