Horribly managed, these people are not being monitored at all. There was an incident at their halfway house on Truro Ave in Reynoldsburg about a month ago that involved a woman stabbing another woman. There was just another incident involving another one of their women that was just arrested Friday for theft. I have her on my cameras looking in my windows @1:31AM on Wednesday, 4:45AM Thursday and on my front porch Friday morning opening and looking in my mailbox.
