Horrible agency. I was "matched" with an unlicensed mental health counselor, a Lizzie Falvey, practicing remotely without a license with the Ok of her supervisors. She lied about my health insurance to cover what she was doing; she was there to scam me. I'm disgusted about the lack of professionalism, of ethics of people working for this agency. This is happening because supervisors tolerate bad practices. I'd not recommend this place to anybody.
